Back at it again!!

Hello all!! Jessica here from Ohio. I'm back after a 2 year break and too many pounds gained. I'm looking for more friends to encourage one another! Also I would like to look at your diary logs to get ideas on healthy foodies!

    Hi Jessica,

    I'm new here as well so you may want to rely on more experienced ones. I'm doing the zig zag method or calorie cycling, 6lbs down in a week and a half. So far so good. As far as eating healthy I kinda eat what I want as long as it fits in my calories for the day. I have one 1500 calorie day and one 1300 calorie day so I save things like potatoes which I can't live without for those days. I have one 999 calorie day which I eat pretty light like salads and steamed veggies. Zero Strawberry yogurt and skinny cow ice cream bars are my sweets when I can fit it in however I'm not a huge sweet eater.

    Having said that I've substituted sandwich thins for sandwich breads, boca burgers instead of meat, soy and almond milk instead of cows milk. I also make sure to measure everything and I plan on getting a food scale.

    I'm not adding back in my exercise calories yet as I'm only walking right now.
