I am currently at the halfway point of my weight loss journey. I lost 26lbs in 6 months by eating an average of 2,000 calories a day. Walking is my only form of exercise at the moment but I will be adding weight training and aerobics to my routine.

That's great that you could still eat at 2,000 calories a day and just walk and lose that. Did you do clean eating or ate what you wanted and maintained at 2000? How long did you walk for (time) and how many times a week?
