Anyone here done are currently doing a carb cycling program? What has been your experience? How many low carb to how many higher carb days was best for you? Thanks for your input

Found this on Livestrong: "The plan requires strict adherence and meticulous carb counting, so it’s not for everyone. In fact, carb cycling is most effective for those who already are fairly lean and have a final 10 to 15 pounds to lose, or who just want to drop a few body fat percentage points"
Anything that requires "strict adherence" and "meticulous" counting isn't for me, though I fit the "final 10 to 15 pounds" category.2
