Carb cycling

Anyone here done are currently doing a carb cycling program? What has been your experience? How many low carb to how many higher carb days was best for you? Thanks for your input

    Anything that requires "strict adherence" and "meticulous" counting isn't for me, though I fit the "final 10 to 15 pounds" category. :neutral:
