Feeling mad, motivation gone

I started going to what I thought was a really good Weight Watchers meeting. I followed the plan closely, and lost 3kg in one week. When I got to the weigh in, the leaders were acting concerned about my big weightloss, and the fact I hadn't eaten since breakfast and had a workout since.
1. Haven't they heard of intermittent fasting? some people only eat in a very small window during the day. I am not that person, but I have skipped random meals for years and been fine. I didn't eat because I was very busy that day.
2. You are supposed to lose more weight than usual in the first week... its mostly water weight. My goal was to only lose 1 kilo a week.
Anyway, this week I've put on weight because I feel so annoyed about things and keep self sabotaging.
With the new Weight Watchers plan, you get daily points, weekly points and fitness points. I was eating all of my daily points, I ate some of my weekly points, and didn't touch my fitness points because you aren't supposed to. 4/7 days I spent 2 hours walking and scootering my niece to school and having personal training sessions.
How can I stay motivated when other people don't approve? my family and personal trainer were really impressed with my dedication and progress, but are now wondering what went wrong. My sister who used to be a Weight Watchers leader says that Weight Watchers wants you to lose the weight as slowly as possible, so they make more money off you.
I don't actually want to lose the weight too fast, because I am shallow and do not want loose skin.

That is awful and one of the reasons I haven't gone to Weight Watchers or other organizations like it. The other is money. Remember why you are doing this - to feel better and be healthy. You are right, it is very common to loose 2-5 pounds in the first week because of water weight. You know your body - listen to it!1

If they arent tryong to help you, you might be better breaking awaybfrom thengroups and do it on your own... or find another group. Any progress ( big or small) is something to be proud of not ashamed of. Everyone skips a meal here and there... its just the way it is;people are busy. Keep up the fantasic work!!! You have to do whats right for you. And gaining weight isnt not what your looking to do. Good luck!!!!!0

Weight Watchers has a certain weight loss philosophy. It's sort of a group think it's the way the people are taught and they buy into the philosophy. Remember weight loss is a personal journey and everyone works differently. What you have to find something that works for you and that'll keep you motivated. Putting it bluntly if Weight Watchers doesn't meet your personal philosophy quit.
What you have to remember is weight loss is a very simple yet complex process the simple part of the processes eat less calories than your body Burns you do some exercise and you will lose weight. The tough part is the mental aspect you have to find the reason why you want to do it once you find that reason the process itself is simple.0
