Time to Track Foods

Hello, I'm a 25yr old Male working as a Tutor. As I get older and live a more sedentary lifestyle, the calories in vs out is becoming a problem. By tracking all foods before I consume them, I'm hoping to get a control on the bad habits I've developed towards my goal of losing weight. For the first month, I'll be trying to develop a habit of recording foods I eat and will workout a few times a week.
