Hello! I am a 34 year old mother of four wonderful children; two step two biological. I have always been super skinny up until I turned 30. Now I can't keep the weight off....I've always been around 120-125 now I'm 150 (biggest at 155). My confidence has gone through the floor. I don't feel attractive anymore.
I'm hoping to gain some friends/motivation to help me with my journey.
