cant log in

hi new here and trying to log in on my windows phone it says wrong username or password tried a few times always the same but log in on web browsed (same username and password) all ok any help would be good

oh yea... duh.
Actually, I have the same problem from internet explorer - I can log on from my phone and from Microsoft Edge browser but IE always tells me I have the wrong password.
