Hi all
Would love some new friends to motivate me and I will do the we for you.
I was super fit and healthy using MFP five years ago so I know how amaxing the support and encouragement is.
A serious knee injury 2 years ago changed a lot for me. I was a HITT / high impact fanatic but now need to be very careful and can't take much impact. Weighing in tomorrow morning, just bought new scales lol, but think I have around 20lb or so to lose.
Care to join me?

Just to give you a little background about myself I've had a double hip replacement I have an arthritic knee and arthritic shoulder that needs to eventually be replaced.

You're going to have to reevaluate how you train. Myself I used to do heavy lifting years ago but I can't do that anymore. physically impossible for me to do it but it doesn't mean there are other exercises I can do. Without knowing the extent of your knee injury all I can tell you is to see an orthopedic surgeon or a physical therapist and they could recommend a training program for you and if you need to you could modify that based on your injury parameters.

    Good luck in your journey
