So, Its summer and I am trying to shed pounds 20-30 in 2 months.Any teens out there with tips or adults. I work out at least 5 times a week for at least 45 minutes which is walking and jogging outdoors. I am 5'3.5 and weigh 180 Ibs . Thanks.

Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week. Even the low end of your goals (20 pounds) is going to be more aggressive than that. If you're under 18, your body still has a lot of potential for growth and you need to be on a site that can account for that like sparkteens.com1

How old are you? Just burn more calories than you consume. Eat healthy foods, if you are young, you will naturally lose weight quickly. Just be careful around weight training though, especially if you are still on the younger side ie 16 or below. Good luck0
