Hello! I'm back here, after a couple of years, a baby and some serious weight gain.

I previously lost 45lbs and was almost to my goal weight. However, I immediately started to regain the weight.

I'm now 23, 5'6" and 274.2lbs!!! I don't know why I let it get this bad :'(

Sorry this is a bit jumbled. I'm not exactly feeling hopeful that I can do it but it's worth a try :)
