Binge control

so ... Im
Good for say 4 days , I stick to. My calories and then I binge . I don't no why I binge , I can be happy or sad but I still do it and sabotage myself . So im
Thinking 5:2 fasting mite help counteract a binge .

Anyone else had sucess ?

    What do you mean by good? If you binge because you restrict yourself, further restriction won't help.

    Instead, set a reasonable calorie goal, aim to hit that, and your protein, fat and fiber goal. Include food you like, portion controlled. If you binge on certain high-caloric, less-nutritions food, consider not buying those foods. Instead, plan regular meals, but foods you need for those meals, take time to prepare them and sit down and eat and enjoy them without distraction.

    I binge if I restrict myself too much.

    I have a binge problem. Same situation, I find anything that my mind can use as a trigger to start a binge . I hate myself for it.
