I could use a buddy too.
    Here's my stats
    Age: 31
    Height: 5'10
    Current Weight: 237 (Athletic Build)
    Goal Weight: Approx 210
    Aim: Lose 15-20 lbs paced

I'm not really working out as often as I should. I wish I had more time in the day. This past week I only got one good workout in. I need atleast 3x's a week to get the results I'm trying to get sooner. My aim is to get to where I can go back to building again and put on some clean mass. I'm thinking that I want to compete again...just some amateur shows.

Feel free to add me. We all do whats important to us. We prioritize and get things done in order of importance most the time. There are always enough hours in the day. We just may not like those hours and may have to adjust an event or two to make time. We all have to get over the hump. Last month i started to think of why i wasnt doing certain things and listened to my reasoning. I found i made excuses sometimes that were not relevent so i challenged myself to make no excuses and get things done that need to be done. I challenge all of you to do the same and lets do this fitness journey together. Mentally stronger and physically tougher. Lets make it happen. No excuses!
