I really love 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels. I also love Biggest Loser Cardio Max (It can be as intense as you want/need it).0

My absolute favorite dvd is Kathy Smith Fat Loss Workout. It is from the 80's or 90's. It does not feel hard to do but she works the whole body. I always feel like i get a good total body workout from it. I use to have the vhs tape then it died and i bought a dvd online. It came with a bunch of workout tapes for like $10.
I use to do a ton of workout dvd's as i like some variety but since i started running i mostly do the fat loss workout for in between.
Try the library, you can rent workout tapes there for free and you can see which ones you like before you buy any.0 -
I LOVE all of my Jillian Michaels DVDs especially Cardio Kickboxing and Kickbox Fast Fix. I also really LOVE Kathy Smith step aerobics there are several of them out, kind of cheesy from the early 1990s but very effective and very easy to do. Step aerobics and kickboxing are my 2 favorite.0

An underrated one is Melt It Off. This is a light medicine ball workout with former USA gymnastics gold medalist, Mitch Gaylord. The workout will give you functional strength and you can increase the difficulty by upgrading the medicine ball to a heavier one.
I also like bodyweight exercises, so You Are Your Own Gym and Montenegro Method and Weider X-Factor ST are a few sets I've bought recently. Yikes...Got ample material to work out to, just need to find the time and motivation for it.0
