I just synched my Fitbit to myfitnesspal and i got 415 exceeds calories. Are those calories accurate? Should I use them or use half of them or what? When I downloaded this app I put in sedentary for activity level but I average 13K steps a day but it's not from actual workouts but from activity such as shopping a little walk in the park etc...

Depending on your stats, that sounds about right0

I find my fitbit adjustment is pretty accurate. You could start out eating back half and in a few weeks reevaluate. If you are losing faster than your goal then you know you can eat back more.1

13k steps is far from sedentary so ya your adjustment sounds right.0
