Deleted my old profile info/pics minus my goal weight picture from previous achievement. Starting fresh and looking to have a reason to keep honest and have some accountability with people sharing similar goals. I've previously lost 23-LBS using this site as a means to understanding all my hard work and effort! Last time I had some fellow Arizonian's who helped me along the way. Looking for similar experience as I try something new and hope not only can i lose some weight but really change my physique and go from what I feel as muscular to the next step. Plus I'm also here to return the favor. I'll be here to remind you to check in/post pics.

Hadn't been on here for a year...got derailed after I lost my dad and trying to start again with a new mindset. Not easy but will definitely try. Welcome back.0
