Hi everyone,
I've used this app on and off before with little success but have really stuck with it this time.
Lost 4.4kg so far which is a miracle fir me as I'm truely rubbish at dieting.

My big weakness is bread... It's always my undoing... Especially French bread/baguettes... Well today I thought I'd have a tiny bit - as a treat - i was preparing dinner for my youngest son... .. I didn't even enjoy it .. ... So 42 days without it and I'm cured!!


I'm quite pleased....

    I love bread, and did not give it ups. Lost over 1/2 of my current body weight and have kept it off for over 2-1/2 years, eating all foods in moderation and staying within my calorie budget. I truly do not think that I would have been able to lose the weight and have kept it off eliminating foods.
    We each have to do what works for us and will continue to work for us long term.

    I agree, im find with everything else but I'm an 'all or nothing' kinda girl... If I eat bread... It's no bread or ALL the bread....
