This is definitely my weak area and only by logging in my diary did I find this out! No snacking after 10pm (period). I typically eat by 7pm, at the latest, and will have a snack attack at 11pm! No more! For July, I will try my absolute best to refrain from any food/beverage, other than water, after 9:59pm, How, you ask? By going straight to bed at 10pm and foregoing my recliner naps!!!
