I'm not eating enough

Hi. I'm sufferring from EDNOS and I have no clue how to eat more food. I eat around 900 calories a day and before I thought that was enough but I just found out how little I really was eating. Now i dont know how to incoporate more food into my diet without feeling guilty. helpppp

You feeling guilty when you eat more than 900 calories is best addressed by a mental health professional.
But to get in more calories easily, have calorie dense foods like peanut butter and cheese. If you don't want to chew, have a peanut butter and banana smoothie.1 -
As you said, you have an eating disorder. The best thing to do would be to find a team, including a therapist and dietician, who can help you out.2
