So ive been very overweight most of my life. I lost around 40lbs all on my own before i found "my fitness pal" then i lost almost another 40lbs! Then i got pregnant. At 25 lol.I had my one and only baby girl on 11/13/15. She is now almost 8 months old and i am back at the weight loss again! Strictly diet and excersise. No pills no surgery. Im trying to find a way to add my baby girl into my workout routine. I work part time on my feet so that helps a little with burning some calories. Im putting together a workout room but i dont have much space or a ton of funds to do so right now. Anyways, id love to hear from some of you and some little tips and tricks on your weight loss journey as i share mine as well! Wishing everyone good luck and fairy dust!

Hello! I know youtube has work out with babies. Tips, prep snacks and food as much as you can, look for a way to move even if it seems silly, get a good support system, get family and friends to understand and maybe even involved once in a while1

I do Portion Control and mesl planning and it was hard at first but it's getting easier now.2

Super huge congrats on your baby! When I started to log on here and weigh myself..that's when it came off but very slowly.. I think u know what to do u have been doing great! Maybe some encouragement. .new moms have so much on them..babies. .husbands.partners. .work..family..your body produced a miracle..so always only put fresh food in. So hard my log is full of crap. Tatajana is right..pack up snacks and food..prep salads..hummus veggies lean protein..those turkey loins are great..and portion it out..but don't limit cals too much..working moms need to eat!0
