Increasing Appetite

best ways to increase appetite? I shoot for 3500 calories a day however as of lately it has been a struggle to get even 2000 calories down. I've been forcing meals down to hit my calorie and macro goals but forced meals are no fun! Lol! Anyone have any remedies to increase appetite? I've heard of peptides that are supposed to help but I haven't done much research on them.

Can't smoke pot. Gives me severe anxiety and depression unfortunately1 -
Don't eat for hunger, eat for health. Easier said than done. It is the dregs of summer in Houston.1

Donuts? Cake? Chocoloate? Goose fat roast potatoes? I can think of many ways to increase calories without much volume.0

The only thing that spikes my appetite is lifting. Strength training days are savage. But, like @VintageFeline was saying, if ALL you are concerned about is hitting 3500 calories, then drink a couple sodas, have some candy, go get a large milkshake, and have some cookies0

Add some nuts/nut butters, avocados, full fat cheese and other calorie dense foods.0
