I have lost 100 + lbs since January12,2016. I have left another25-30 to go, which is proving to be harder than the 100. None the less I'm keeping on it. Deficit calorie to burn and strength training is what I've been doing.22

What I have done toward aging back my health:
Started my health journey January 12,2016 a a whopping 293.8. Today July 1,2016 weight is down to 186.5. My health journey has been monitoring what goes in my mouth ( 450-500 calories), eating less than I burn to maintain caloric deficits. The suplament vitamins D, B12, calcium are only ones I take. I make sure intake has protein egg whites and spinach kale all in a 10 hour feeding window. (I am vegetarian ) I eliminated wine and replaced Bai as my go to social drink. In March I started slowly a strength exercise program with 4u fitness Jessica and Daniel. The electric stimulation system at 4u fitness and trainers worked wonders. I was able to schedule two times a week and have progressed improving strength, mobility balance and confidence. Jennifer and Daniel are excellent trainers. LA Fitness Jacob I do traditional strength working on core and balance. Jacob is an outstanding personal trainer I work with him two times a week. Powerhouse Pilates Rehab Maria and Chris are very skilled working the muscle groups you don't know exist and finding just the right way to stretch. I am very fortunate to work with such a diverse team of trainers. I go to each personal trainer 2 times a week rotating the source to not work same muscles each day. Marcy Mills from Lady Grace Spa or Lauri A massage therapist who have kept me walking. Laurie and Marcy are two of the best Medical Massage Therapist I have met, I continue to get a medical massage every other week. I changed my clothing size from 2X to Medium. I'm posting this in support of my family and friends who are starting their own health quest.4 -
