I do stronglifts and right now it takes me about 30 min, but I'm seeing that go up to about 45 min once I get into the heavier weights because of rest time in between each set :)
This is what I have found too, it was awesome at the start lol. 30-35 mins boom!
Now its about an hour. But still awesome!

haha yeah it goes pretty quickly right now lol I almost want to add more stuff till it gets more into it lol but I just stick with the plan lol
Yeah, I stuck with the plan too. Some guys ramp up quicker but I figured it wouldn't hurt. I'd stick with it.

How do you like Stronglifts so far? What week are you on? I am about to literally do my first Workout B tomorrow with my girlfriend. I am following the program from the bar even though I feel like I should skip ahead... Are you doing the prescribed routine 100%?

I like it, especially the squats and deadlifts :) But I hate overhead press haha, I struggle big time with that one :( already deloaded back to the bar because I couldn't quite get it on 50 lbs :( I've been sticking with the plan, mainly so I know my form is getting good practice, This is my third week on it and the weight is progressing pretty quickly :) If your starting workout B next have fun with that over head press ;) Or it could be just me haha I'm a weakling in my upper body :p

I am pretty excited to get going! I am doing it with my girlfriend, so it will be fun to help her and see our progress together.

I do it with my boyfriend, we alternate between sets, and he puts me to shame, he's been moving a little faster with the progression because he feels like he's going to throw the bar haha so he's been moving up about double what it says to until it starts to challenge him :p

Same with us. I feel like I should follow it even though I already have a little experience. I wanna do it the way it was intended even though it seems easy so far!

I do mine at home. Which made it much easier on me to accept lifting a bar to start. Total props to guys that follow from the start at a gym. It would definitely be an ego check for sure. Even at home I can't say the thought of increasing faster didn't cross my mind. I'm just coming to 12 weeks here soon and now some days I wish for lighter weights. Stupid overhead press! LOL.

It helps that I have my girlfriend doing it with me. There is nothing emasculating about lifting weights with your girl and helping each other learn proper form!
