What are some of your favorite healthy and tasty meals? I'm looking to add variety so would love if you guys can share some of your favorite meals.

I'm gross I eat the same things everyday. Oatmeal and banana/Apple or spinach protein shake for breaky. Salmon and some type of veg or Vietnamese spring rolls for lunch. And some type of baked chicken with no oil fried rice for dinner. I don't snack but if I do I love almonds.
If I'm reaaaaaally lazy I'll just have some type of sandwich. I just had a crabmeat sandwich. I toasted the bread with a tinnnnnnny drizzle of coconut oil in a pan. Sounds gross but it was super yummy.
Honestly just eat what you love but make them in a healthy way and portion control it aka count the calories.1 -

I love avocado toast with an egg on it,I use Ezekiel sprouted flax bread. I sauté chopped cabbage,bell peppers,onions,and chickpeas in a large pan in a bit of olive oil then when almost done I add a can of Rotel,some taco seasoning and cooked ground turkey. It makes a lot and taste even better as leftovers,its under 200 calories as well and lots of protein. I also bake some fish and throw it on a corn tortilla with some veggies,mayo-less coleslaw and salsa,serve it with black beans or I skip the tortilla and use lettuce wraps then serve with some brown rice. I do bunless turkey burgers with baked sweet potato fries also.1
