Today I went from the BMI range of obese to the range of overweight. I'm not done yet - been at this for just over 19 months.

I'm 5'0"

Starting weight: 221lbs

Here's my most recent set of pics before today - including them because I think it's easier for me to see what this 20 lbs I've lost looks like.

Weight: 172lbs

The difference I really notice between the last two sets are: less muffin top and less arm fat.

I have about 32lbs to go for my goal weight of 120lbs. :)

    you just inspired the crap out of me, what a great job!
    Also it reminds me to check my BMI as i go along, I am also looking to get into the overweight range soon,,, then out of it.
