Hi guys on this app when I workout it increases my cal intake! Should I eat more when working out??? Or do I stick the the same calories that it has me on before the excercise ? 1,220 daily ??

If your calorie goal comes from MFP, it's designed for you to eat back the calories you burn through exercise. Some people find the estimated calorie burns to be accurate so they eat back all their activity calories. Others eat back a portion to account for potential over-estimation (eating back 25-75%).0

MFP as designed gave you a calorie goal BEFORE exercise. So yes, log your exercise & eat additional calories on those days.
Calorie burns are estimates. Some estimates are better than others. Start by eating back a percent, say 50-75%. Then tweak this % up or down based on a few weeks of actual results.0 -
The goal MFP calculates assumes you will eat back exercise calories. Because MFP/machines/and really every other method of calorie counting are estimates and not guarantees (MFP is often WAY over inflated), most people eat back a percentage of their calories burned through exercise, like 1/2 or 75%. You want to fuel your body appropriately to limit lean muscle loss. Pick a percentage, and wait 6 weeks. At the end of 6 weeks, evaluate your progress. Are you set at 2lbs a week? Have you hit that average? More than 2lbs? Eat a little more back. Less than 2lbs? Eat a little less. Go for another 6 weeks and re-evaluate again.0

Put in your goal weight and let mfp calculate. It's what you eat to get the calories, and the more you work out the more calories you can take in.0
