Healthy fulling breakfasts?

I've been making smoothies for breakfast the past months and they are not filling at all. Any recommendations on what to have for breakfast or eat with a smoothie?also how many calories do you guys eat during breakfast?thanks

    Some of my go-to breakfasts:
    Greek yogurt
    Mini egg frittatas
    Overnight oats
    Steel cut oats with fruit & protein powder
    Bagel thin with whipped cream cheese and lox
    Mashed avocado on toast
    Blueberry pancakes (I eat mine with Greek yogurt instead of syrup)
    Scrambled eggs & veggies
    Leftovers from yesterday
    Eggs on toast
    Fried egg on a sandwich slim with cheese
    Protein shake with fruit, yogurt, & protein powder
    Fried egg on a multigrain waffle

    I eat anywhere from 200-500 calories for breakfast depending on what I have planned for the day. More on active days or if I know it'll be a late lunch/no lunch kind of day.
