Healthy smoothies & shakes

I want to try some smoothies and shakes. Preferably to replace breakfast. I want ones that are low in carbs, sugar and fat. And preferably under 300 calories since I only eat 1200-1400 calories a day. Mostly 1200. So any recipes you've got send them my way. :)

    I don't know about all the calories but here is 2 that's yummy

    1. tropical smoothie- Frozen strawberries small bag .. 1can pineapple chunks .. 1bannana mix it all together
    2. Dream sickle - 2 cups plain yogurt .. 1 can frozen orange juice concentrated ..1 cup ice

    Just a suggestion, if you want to have a meal replacement but have the necessary vitamins and minerals, try GNC's Total Lean Burn drinks. They are low in calories (170 for 2 scoops), 30g protein, 1g sugar, 11g carbs; I'm not really big into fruit smoothies because I usually end up not feeling full and having a sugar crash after 30 mins.

    It does have caffeine in it but has the other minerals and vitamins to keep you fuller longer.
