Resting pulse rate....

I've always had low blood pressure and a relatively low heart rate... but since really trying to sort my diet out my bpm has dropped further.
It's 45bpm atm (sitting on the sofa watching TV) .... A few weeks ago it always stayed around 50-54bpm...
Can't be a bad thing... But I didn't realise diet/food affected it so much.

Yea, Diet/food has a huge effect on it. Mainly sodium. My resting Average is 62BPM. But I'm on my feet all day. In the morning when I'm just waking up is low to mid 50s0

My resting last night was 37-42.0

Mine is in the 40s too, although I don't think it's diet in my case. I stopped over training and it dropped 12-15 bpm over the course of a few months.0

Mine is always mid to low 30s. Lowest: 29 at the doc. They always say "That's the lowest I've ever seen"! (I'm a distance runner)2
