I need exercises to tighten tummy I'm doing the plank and using power plate as well as cardiovascular training need to flatten tummy any advice

    Well, you can't spot reduce fat. So there's no particular cardio you should do beyond choosing a cardio you'll actually do.

    As far as tightening, that can be done, and will often reduce the appearance of belly fat. Planks are good, don't forget variations like side planks, good old fashioned crunches and sit ups help too.

    You might look into stomach vacuums. They've been working for me, and I haven't really been doing them that long. As weird as the name is, just Google it.

    Thank you appreciate advice will try side planks and various too I find power plate useful but it's a long struggle not heard of the vacuum tho lol
