What time do you stop eating?

What time does everyone stop eating? I have been doing 9:30, but I'm thinking of making it 8:30 or 8. When do you think is too early?

Unless eating late causes trouble sleeping (such as indigestion/heart burn) there is no reason to stop eating after a certain time.8

I can't sleep on an empty stomach, so if I'm hungry, I eat. Even if it's 10 pm.4

I don't even start my evening eating until 7:30 or 8:00. I eat about 3 meals between then and 10:30 pm.
ETA I know I'm weird. I like dinner, first dessert, and second dessert.1 -
When I'm out of calories, or not hungry anymore, or fall asleep. Whichever comes first.5

I wish. My husband shares food with our toddler in our bed. On MY side of the bed, of course.5 -
I eat dinner at 8:30/9 pretty much every night...I stop when I'm done with dinner and I'm ready for bed.1

Eating in bed is super dangerous. Especially if you're a fan of Nature Valley bars. Those things crumble worse than my life is atm.8 -

I'll eat until about 11pm and go to bed at 11:30 or midnight. The only thing I limit is caffeine. I have to cut that off at 6pm or I'll never hit REM.0

It doesn't really matter when you eat.
I usually have a snack between 8-10 pm and don't eat after that until 8 am.0 -
Dinner between 7 and 7:30PM in the summer; a bit earlier during the winter. Desert between 8 and 8:30PM and after that the kitchen is closed. The only thing that I have is water. I go to bed around 11:30 or 11:45PM or a little later during the weekend, and I usually have 11 or 12 hrs fasting between dinner and breakfast.
No food allowed in the bedroom, especially in bed. That is the way that my husband and I were raised and that is how we operate.1 -
I try to stop eating 2-3 hours before bed. I can't stand the thought of going to bed with a gut full of food.0

I'm usually in bed between 10:30-11:30 most nights. I workout til 9:30, shower, and have a post-workout snack before bed. Timing of foods has no real consequences for weight loss, it's more personal preference1

I don't. I would if I could, but I can not sleep if I am hungry. I often have to get up in the middle of the night to drink milk or eat something small too. This is part of the reason I have been losing so slowly. But it is what it is. I just do the best I can every day. My body is so screwed up, especially with all the meds I am on right now.1

Wish I had that will power. I can't stop eating just because I am out of calories. I'm a really miserable *kitten* when I'm hungry. lol0 -

I usually go to bed between 12:30 and 1 am ... so I try my best to wrap up my eating before that.0

I routinely have a bag of popcorn and a 200 calorie protein bar within a half hour before bed. I've lost 90lbs since Oct. Eat on!0

I don't stop at a certain time. I like to have a snack with my tea before bed.0
