I don't know where this question needs to be, so will start here...
I've been doing a lot of research and I keep finding that a person should eat a little something before working out. If a person works out in the morning and I do at 5:30 so i can be ready to go to work at 7:00, I don't have time to eat before and if I try to eat anything it makes me nauscous while working out. So what should I be doing...
i will go take a shower after my workout, get ready for work and then go eat my breakfast which is about 20 minutes after I've finished my workout... Suggestions?

Eat when it feels good to you and when it best helps you perform during your workout. Some people exercise on an empty stomach and prefer that; personally I need a little something beforehand or I get weak/woozy. It really boils down to personal preference!0

Eat whenever you want to. It really makes no practical difference to your weight loss or composition.0

I personally like to work out on an empty stomach in the morning (if it's another time of day I usually eat a little something about a half hour before hand) ... I fo however have some cottage cheese and fruit and almonds before I go to bed to fuel me through that morning workout.
BTW, I like the "Hungry Catepillar" ticker, cute!0
