Good day. I went from weighing around 245 pounds a few years back to currently weighing around 280 pounds, but I have lost a LOT of fat off of my body and am somehow skinnier than I have ever been in my life. I've decided to get down to the nitty gritty and start looking at what I am eating, and I got one of those heart rate pedometer watches to monitor my physical activity and heart rate so I can work out how to lose more fat but keep the strength I've built up over the years. Most sites and support type places are all about losing weight, and that's not at all what I am interested in.
