I was recently not losing any weight at all, but i've leaned up and partially gained a little strength.
So i started doing 30 minutes of cardio pre workout to increase my caloric deficit. (dropped 2 lbs this week)
My question is does weight really matter, if im leaning out more and getting stronger. i feel like the scale will always make or break me.
will i lose alot of strength if i drop another 6lbs to reach my goal. 175 to 168ish?

Go by how you look in the mirror and how you progress in the gym. Scales and bodyfat measurements only tell a small portion of the story.0
