Made this tonight for the first time. Easy and DELICIOUS!

What you'll need:

2 packages boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 6-8 pieces total)

half a tub of original sour cream

Frank's Red Hot - Hot Buffalo Flavor

Mrs. Dash No Salt Ranch Packet

Combine sour cream, ranch packet and Frank's Red Hot (I'm not really sure how much of it I used - enough to make the mixture pretty orange and slightly liquidy :blushing:) in a big bowl and stir until creamy.

Add 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breast to a casserole dish.

Liberally spread mixture across the top of the chicken.

Add 3-4 more chicken breasts on top of the smothered chicken and repeat.

Bake for an hour at 400 degrees. I'm sure you can add cheese to make it a true "melt", but mine was fantastic without!

    Sure!

I calculated it to be 290 calories for about an 8 ounce serving.

    4 grams of carbs
    13 grams of fat
    50 grams of protein
    2 grams sugar
800 grams sodium (kinda high from the hot sauce)
