Successes/struggles this week: Dislocated my shoulder recently and I am still struggling pain-wise. I am also off exercise for the moment, just my physio arm exercises for me. Slowing down my weight loss which is a bit frustrating, but at least there was some loss1 -

Successes/struggles this week: Last week I went on a short 4 day vacation to visit family, with no access to a scale, and even though I logged everything 2 12+ hour car rides and 2 days spent *relaxing* and eating lots of snacks resulted in a very frustrating/obvious stagnation on my WL... My Libra app has my trend going UP and shows my date of expected goal: NEVER. I know it's temporary, but it makes me very sad. Hoping to get back on track with exercising and eating better this week. SO glad to continue this thread!0 -

I was happy to have dropped weight this weigh-in and even happier to have avoided a binge after the loss of a dear friend, I usually stress eat so was very surprised that I managed to curb it. Walking at night despite it being mid-winter here has left me feeling more energised, although I will be investigating some at home options for the rainy days.

I'm happy with .6 considering I had gained a couple lbs. from last weekend so overall I had a few lbs. of catch up to do Vacation starts for me this weekend so this should be an interesting week!1 -
