Chicken caesar baguettes

We had these for dinner tonight and they were just fab :happy:

We cut the calories a bit by using smaller baguettes (for those in the UK we used tesco bake at home seeded baguette) and extra light mayo (and only used about half of the dressing it made). We also cut the anchovies because we don't like them... oh and could easily have gotten away with only half of the recommended parmesan but we used all of it.

Ours worked out to about 490cal.
