I take a max shred class that is an hour of a combo of high intensity cardio and weights in a 95 degree heated room. How do I classify this exercise to get the appropriate calorie burn?

Best way is to wear a HR monitor. Other than that you'll just be guessing.

Even a HRM would be guessing, especially with the elevated temperature which would inflate the HRM calorie estimate.

I'd use the aerobics entry. Or circuit training depending on which applies more.

The temperature will not affect your calorie burn. It takes less energy to cool a body than it does to warm a body up.

Keep in mind, everything outside of a lab is an estimate. You don't need to be exact, you need to be consistent. Use the same method for estimating, monitor for 4-6 weeks and readjust as necessary.
