Something good - I halved my 290 calorie sundae and ate 1/2 at lunch for dessert and 1/2 as a late evening treat.1

You can eat a 20 piece Mcnugget IF you account for the calories. It's not cheating, it's just eating something you happen to like. Being irresponsible with calorie count would be the issue which is why most Americans are overweight.

I had a cardboard muffin and greasy sugary creamer in my coffee this morning.
While traveling I often go over on calories, but try to eat real food as much as possible. Today I was tired and hungry. I will try harder.0 -
It is terrible when you have to waste calories on unappetizing and unhealthy food because you are stuck somewhere without better options.0
