How low are you talking? I try to stay under 2400 mg of sodium a day, with pretty good success. I don't have much trouble, but I don't really crave salt either so I don't add it to anything and buy reduced-sodium versions of EVERYTHING. My diary is public if you want to take a look.
Last week I spent a few days off the wagon, though, so you should ignore the day with the cheeseburger and fries lol0 -
I try to keep mine around 1500 a day. Have been going over a lot lately though, due to vacation & what not. My diary is public, feel free to check it out.0

My diary is open. I try to stay as low as I can on the sodium, as it does affect me bad. Bad thing is, I work alot, usually 6 days a week, 8-15 hours a day, as a truckdriver and have to pack alot of my food. It's hard to pack cold food, that you have to eat cold, and not get the sodium. Feel free to check it out if ya like!0

I don't have a choice with my diet because I have a kidney problem, so it's important I don't have any salt in my diet. It's quite difficult as you know, most things do tend to have a lot of salt and my weakness is sushi, and with sushi comes soya sauce.
But I'm quite good at keeping it reasonably low as I don't add any salt when I cook, just vegetable stock (Swiss Vegetable Bouillion brand) as my substitute.
Feel free to add/look at my diary. It's public.0 -
I barely get much soduim & not on purpose.
Think todays been about 900, think yesterday was like 500.0 -
Feel free to look at mine. You might have to go back a full month to see any post other than this past week (I was off mpf for a while).0

You can check mine. I try to stay under 1500 because of 7 kidney stones I have. I have never been a person to add salt to food so was shocked when I began using this site and saw how much sodium is in everything prepared. The American Heart Association recommends EVERYONE try to stay under 1500 sodium for a variety of health reasons. :flowerforyou:0
