I am welcoming myself back to MFP after being silent for a while. After moving, gaining a lot of weight, missing family, and trying to meet people I decided to get serious about losing weight again. I started with cardio and weights, losing a few pounds. Since mid-May, I've also been taking pole dance fitness classes and have felt stronger than ever even though I'm just restating my journey. I'm down ~10lbs. and hope to keep improving.
