Mid-Twenties Female & In Need of Support!!

Hi all. I'm a veteran of MFP, but haven't been active on the site for quite some time.

I've gained weight recently because of "stuff" and I'm really ready to make serious changes. I always enjoyed the motivation and support from MFP, so please "friend" me if you are looking for support buddies! Thanks.

    I also had not logged in for a while before tonight. Fortunately in my case my exercise and eating has improved so I'm still making slow progress. I'd like to drop 8 lbs in the next 6 weeks so I thought I'd get serious about watching what I eat and plan to increase my exercise since I plan to run a 1/2 marathon maybe two in the fall. I've signed up for one and a 10 mile run in Oct and Nov respectively. That will leave me 5 lbs to my target. Just take it one day at a time, don't beat yourself up for a bad day, just get back on the program.
