    With lower carbs and higher fat. How would you go about tapering the carbs down from 400 to about 250 and upping fats from 85 to about 110?

    why would you need to taper?

    Because it may affect body composition such a radical change

    its not a radical change though.

    Your plan would decrease your total calories by 375 per day.

    Drop in carbs = 600 cals gain in fat = 225 cals.

    You should ensure that this drop in calories is not too much.
