Morning all

I'm totally new to MFP - this is my several in attempt to lose weight! I was successful and got to goal and maintained once with weight watchers!
Right now finding it hard- diet and fitness clubs don't appeal as I know that is a whole life change! Just looking for ideas and support here! I'm a teacher and so my biggest issues are time and how exhausted I feel at the end of a day! Right now I'm on a week off and getting into it and doing good! Apart from my body aching! I have done some cycling and started daily burn cardio sculpt! I'm very all in and all out kind of person so find it easy to get off track! So any advice for keeping going with time issues and tiredness etc would be appreciated! I'm hoping my energy will improve with exercise!
So drop we a message if you want someone to chat with or have ideas.

Thanks
Hayley

Hi Haley , Welcome to MFP there are lots of really helpfull people on here , A few of the most commented ideas are
Weigh everything buy a cheap set of scales may seem like a lot of work but it's the only way to know exactly what & how many calories you are consuming daily .
Dont believe all the packet values weigh it anyway as most are over weight by many grams .
Cups and spoons measures don't really work well use grams .
Plan ahead for your meals that way you don't get caught out staving and eat just whatever.
Carry healthy snacks with you , fruit nuts vegies cut up etc .
I have as much organised as possible on the sunday for the coming week at least next few days - boil some eggs cook some rice and freeze small bags, bag up nuts etc .. Because i eat the same breakfast every morning it's easy & quick to add to mfp and I prelog my snacks & lunch & then i dont have to worry while i'm at work and if i dont eat it all it's east to remove , saves me heaps of time during the day , also using the meals tab saves time also .
Tiredness check your getting enough protein and magnesium
    Have Fun
