I met with a rep at my health club tonight and she was touting the benefits of taking Relora. It's part of a program where you have to commit to coming in to get weighed 2x/week, meet with nutritionist, they take your measurements, review a food diary you are required to keep everyday (tracking fat grams only) as well as tracking your mood throughout the day (by circling one of four different happy/anxious/sad/mad faces). It seems like a pretty comprehensive approach to weight loss...emphasized healthy eating, exercising more, tracking food, mood, etc.

Have you tried Relora? She said specifically it helped relax and block cortisol which is a hormone produced by stress so you sleep better and helps reduce "belly fat". I've talked to people who swear that their success is due to this and others that said it was just another Dr. Oz promoted gimmick.

Any personal experiences with this?

Haven't heard of it or tried it, but my question with these types of things is - what happens when you stop taking it? Why do something that you're not going to be able to do for the rest of your life?

Temporary changes give temporary results - better off making the lifestyle changes that you can stick with, eat well, get some exercise, drink water, get good rest.

Looks like it is another MLM with no research to back it up.

Stay away....someone wants you to spend you money on something useless.
