Macros - Should I change them

When I started this journey I spoke with a dude who has a background in nutrition. He gave me a cookie cutter approach on how many macros to consume without educating me on the relationship to calories (e.g. 1 gram fat = 9 cal) so his advice confused me more than anything. I finally put the macros - calories together and started losing weight and it came off quick. However, after losing about 25 lbs I have plateaued and cannot break thru 230 lbs.
Currently my macros are (180 / 160 / 60) with a caloric restriction of 1900.
I am 235 lbs. 6'2", sedentary job, but i work out 10 times a week with a split strength / cardio regime (approximately 30 - 40 min of cardio a day).
