My goal is to lose about 35 pounds and tone up! Sugar and soda are my biggest problem and emotional/stress eating. So many times I've started out really motivated and ended up falling off the wagon and end up gaining. But when I have accountability partners, that's when I do my best. We can talk progress and achievements, recipes, and just have each other to do this with. I really need active members! Helps so much

    I like the elliptical and weights! But any MOVING is fine! Heading to the park now to get some walking in. This is just day 1 for me. My husband and I are walking/strolling the baby and the older kids get to play. I've done great today on food choices though. But my Goal is 1-2 hours every day of conscious moving. Something I wouldn't just be doing already. In only logging things that I chose to do specifically to help me lose weight.
