Hey does anyone know why my sugar goals are different each day? Tia x

Are you logging exercise or have any kind of activity tracker linked to your account? Sugar goals are figured as a percentage of your total calories allowed for the day. When you log exercise it increases your calories for the day, which then increases your sugar goal for the day.1
