Burn off? As in exercise? Then the answer could be none.
By the way you have posted in the maintaining weight forum, read the getting started links in the Getting Started forum then if you have a specific question you need to give people context and information.

As many or as few as you want to.
Fat loss comes from consuming fewer calories than your body uses in a day. Exercise can boost how many calories you use, but it won't guarantee weight loss if you aren't eating in a calorie deficit. You can lose weight with zero exercise if you really wanted/needed to. Exercise is great for other health benefits, but there's no fixed amount you need for weight loss.
Just getting started?

People ask me how I stay lean & fit. I tell them it's rocket science & you wouldn't get it... lol
Just eat less calories than you require to live & breath & you will lose. I know it's sounds too simple because that's what it is...0
