For cutting between 1600-1800. Maintenance around 2500. Bulking about 2750.

Intentionally slow loss 2100. Maintain about 2400-2500. If I am out cycling, which I will be again once the strained muscle in my leg heals, those numbers go up. Having said that, comparing numbers without considering age, current weight, and height is sort of pointless. What is a good calorie level for someone 5'8"would be completely inappropriate for someone 6'.

I'm cutting right now and I do 2,000 most days and up to 2,500 one day per week (usually on the weekend).

    ETA: I'm a female, 5'9". Currently 200 pounds with 24% body fat.

I'm consuming around 2400-2500 now to maintain 145lbs, I have a very high activity level/metabolism. Just came off a cutting phase of 1200kcal/day

    I'm 5' 11" and 46yrs old.
If I went by the tdee calculators I'd maintain at around 2700-2850. That's not the case.
Currently at 193 and plan to spend the next couple months pairing down to around 180. Then bulk back over 6 months.
Each time I've added decent lbm and strength.
