Upper body Exercises

I would like to add more upper body to my workouts. I run and use the stationary bike so I get plenty of lower body workouts. But would like to even everything out.

Possible if there are any that can make my boobs "appear bigger" would be nice too.

    I would just follow a structured lifting routine, like one of these. Even though you are running, they will provide much better balance and enhance your cardio.
